We make cushions with special filling for those who want to read book lounging as well as cushions for those who want to sit on a chair for longer periods to work.

In our journey that we started under the shade of our pioneers who founded the Tevalli brand back in 1959, as Tevalli Cushion Factory, we would like to contribute to your comfort in life.

History

Our grand uncle, Ali Türk, closed his enterprise in Trabzon central, and established “ŞEMSİYE SANAYİİ – ALİ TÜRK ve KARDEŞLERİ KOLL. ŞTİ” (UMBRELLA INDUSTRIES – ALI TURK and BROTHERS Inc.) with his brothers Mehmet Ali Türk (our grandfather) and İsmail Türk in order to manufacture and sell umbrellas in Suhulet Han, Fatih, Istanbul.
Leaving his brothers, our grandfather, Mehmet Ali Türk, founded TÜRK ŞEMSİYE SANAYİİ (TURK UMBRELLA INDUSTRIES) with his son Osman TÜRK in order to manufacture and sell high quality umbrellas with long life span in Lütuf Han No:302 in Fatih, Istanbul.
Our grandfather, Mehmet Ali Türk, withdrew from active business life after he had transferred all the authority to his son, Osman Türk. Meanwhile, our atelier which was one of the last umbrella manufacturing enterprises in the country was closed and an exportbased distribution system from Far East was adopted.
Our store on Tacirhane St. in Ege Han No:27/4 was opened, and it is still active. Following this, in addition to umbrellas, we started parasol manufacturing and selling complementary accessories, households, and plastic furniture for gardens.
In order to practice contemporary business practices of the day, Hasan Tahsin TÜRK started working with his father, Osman Türk, and joined the management team of the store.
A distribution agreement was signed with one of the leading names in the market, IŞILPLAST Inc. (which has the SIESTA brand). Today, our business ties of 30 years are still going on strongly.
In order to stay in accordance with the contemporary trade conjuncture, TÜRK ŞEMSİYE SANAYİ was evolved into TÜRŞEMSAN ŞEMSİYE ve PLASTİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. under the coordination of Hasan Tahsin Türk.
With a life dedicated to umbrella manufacturing and trading, the trade guru and the director general of the company OSMAN TÜRK passed away. All the authority of the company was passed to his son Hasan Tahsin Türk and his brother Ahmet Türk.
Our new branch in GİYİMKENT, also known as GİY-KOOP at first, was opened. Osman Türk was one of the founders of the place. Parallel to this, under the coordination of Ahmet Türk, sofa set and swing cushion manufacturing began in our facility on 2800 meter square, in addition to umbrella production.
Since the business conditions showed differences at that time, we opened our store that also function as the headquarters of the company at İSTOÇ 8.Ada No:161-163. The company has been under the coordination of Hasan Tahsin Türk and the business is still running without any problems.
Due to the fact that manufacturing earns a better value every year in our country and that manufacturing has an increased ratio in our business, OSMANBEY ŞEMSİYE ve TEKSTİL SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. LTD. ŞTİ. was founded under the coordination of Ahmet TÜRK. Since then, the TEVALLİ brand that had been in a slow creation process, started to secure its position and proceed in the parasol and garden furniture market with TEVALLİ GARDEN (UMBRELLA) and TEVALLİ MİNDER FABRİKASI (CUSHION FACTORY) brands.
After Mehmet Emin TÜRK, fourth generation in the company, completed his bachelor and foreign language education, he became a partner in the company board. He created e-store platform of the company with the intention of moving the current generation as well as the 70-year-experience towards future. With the endeavour of enriching the current assets, our brand TEVALLİ keeps developing outdoor garden parasols and mega parasols as well as complementary other products under the vision of quality and customer satisfaction.
Our company has upgraded its 30-year home appliances and garden furniture experience by the Tevalli Concept. Thanks to the product range from fully modular furniture sets for indoor and outdoor use to home appliances, our company keeps working under the leadership of our fourth generation, Osman Nuri Türk, in order to provide people from all over the world the comfort they need.
We did not leave our fabrics unattended since they are the most crucial element of our cushions. Thanks to Tevalli Fabrics, we have brought our extensive experience in cushion manufacturing into fabric production. Thanks to UV protected, water repellent, and water proof fabrics, we are able to provide you with indoor comfort for your outdoor environments.
